Originating in Sovereign House on East Broadway, the Paradise Shred-ition screening series was founded to highlight the incredible talent of the wild, surrealist, and magical filmmakers of NYC and beyond. Giving a platform to under-represented artists in a carefully curated screening event that sees packed houses for venues due to One Man Army’s promotions and the current success of the series overall.

Since its humble beginnings, the screening series has been working to expand to multiple venues across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens, showcasing at theaters, clubs, and all places where the artistic meets the underground. One Man Army proudly hosts industry mixers alongside its monthly curated screenings at venues as a way to benefit the artistic community and further encourage the growth of NYC’s creative scene. The producers, actors, screenwriters, avant garde performers, dancers, and playwrights of the city all find their way to the wonderful community that Paradise Shred-ition creates!
